The Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course runs over 8 weeks commencing:
Wednesday 23rd August 6-8pm and finishing 11th October in Somerton
(Afternoons) Tuesday 17th October 1.15 to 3.15 and finishing on 5th December 2017 in Taunton
(Evenings) Thursday 19th October 6 to 8pm and finishing on 7th December 2017
