The Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course runs over 8 weeks commencing:

(Mornings) Thursday 9th February 10am to midday and finishing on March 30th


(Evenings) Thursday 9th February 6 to 8pm and finishing on March 30th
