Product Description

For anyone who has already completed the 8 week MBSR/MBCT course or has their own established mindful meditation practice. Classes are led by a qualified Mindfulness teacher with guided mindful meditation practice, inquiry and discussion in a safe, nurturing space to support and develop your mindful practice further.

Tuesdays 6 to 7 pm in the Pavilion at MindfulnessUK, 27 Canon Street, Taunton, TA1 1SW

9th January up to and including 6th February 2018
