Learning for Self
Begin with the full Compassionate Mindful Resilience programme for yourself. This 8-module learning experience gives you the personal grounding in mindfulness, compassion, emotional intelligence and resilience.

The CMR Teacher Training
This is the core of your training. Your booking includes 6 hours of self-study video training, a live face-to-face Zoom training day, regular tutor check-ins, and the full teaching resources you need to deliver the programme, including session plans, PowerPoint slides, scripts, portfolio guidance, assessment, and certification support.

5 x MindfulnessUK Retreats
Retreats are a vital part of the pathway and count towards BAMBA Good Practice Guidelines. They give you dedicated time to deepen your own mindfulness and compassion practice, reconnect with yourself, and grow the embodied experience needed to teach others well.

Process of Inquiry Masterclass
This one-day CPD masterclass supports one of the most important parts of mindfulness teaching; inquiry. It helps you build confidence in guiding reflection, holding group discussion, and supporting participants to explore their experience.

2 x Cohort Supervisions
To complete the pathway, you are required to deliver two supervised CMR programmes. Supervision includes support before, during, and after delivery, with your supervisor reviewing your teaching and offering feedback to help you grow in confidence and competence as a teacher.

1 Year of MindfulnessUK Membership
The membership gives you access to teaching resources, member discounts, and Karuna, the regular sitting group for mindfulness teachers. It is there to support both your development and peer support as you move through the pathway and beyond.

Business Development e-Course
This self-guided e-course supports you in turning your training into a thriving business. Across 6 modules and 21 lessons, videos, quizzes and work templates, you’ll get practical guidance on insurance, marketing and social media, building a website, networking, referrals, and the skills to successfully run and fill your own cohorts.
