Mindfulness Sitting Groups Online

Our Mindfulness Sitting Groups are a warm and welcoming space to come together, practise mindfulness and compassion, and strengthen your meditation with the guidance of experienced teachers. Whether you are new to mindfulness or have an established practice, joining a sitting group can help you feel supported, inspired, and more connected.

Deepen Your Practice with a Supportive Community

When and Where?

  • Time: First Wednesday of every month, 1–2pm (UK time)

  • Location: Online via Zoom (link will be emailed to you once you register)

  • Teachers: Sessions are led by Rob, Helen, and other invited mindfulness teachers who bring a variety of approaches and practices.

What to Expect in Our Sitting Groups?

  • Live participation only – To help everyone stay present, sessions are not recorded.

  • Guided practice and reflection – Each session includes meditation, silent sitting, and an opportunity to reflect and share in community.

  • Rotating facilitators – Different teachers bring fresh insights and perspectives each month.

  • Community connection – Join our optional WhatsApp group to stay connected between sessions.
