Mindful Movement E-Course (4 hours)
Karen has been a Mindfulness, Compassion and Yoga teacher for over 30 years, working within the NHS and as the CEO of MindfulnesssUK.
Developing a deeper connection between mind and body can really support our overall well-being in both a physical and psychological way.
Supporting your clients with mindful movement practice is an important element of the overall mindfulness journey.
Embracing movement practices as teachers and developing your skills, confidence, and capability will be of benefit to achieving a more rounded set of teaching skills, whilst delivering a wonderful experience for your clients. Karen guides you through many practices in lying, sitting, kneeling and standing so that you can experience them for yourself before teaching others. She also talks about the neuroscience of movement and how to create a rich learning environment one to one or for groups, online or in a real space together.
