Reasons to Enrol:
Process of Inquiry Masterclass
This practical masterclass consists of a blended learning approach of teaching, experiential learning and mindfulness practices, with Karen demonstrating guided inquiry, and participants are able to practice with their peers and learn through feedback and group discussions. It is important to have a theoretical underpinning of the process of inquiry in preparation for the day so please read Karen's book Compassionate Mindful Inquiry in Therapeutic Practice before the masterclass.
This masterclass is CPD for mindfulness teachers who have trained in any way and are guiding practices and inquiry with others.
A certificate will be gained at the end of the CPD day.
Mindfulness with Children and Young People
Learn how to adapt what you know already to working with children and young people.

Don't just take our word for it...
I would sincerely thank you from the bottom of my heart for the wonderful precious day you held yesterday at the Process of Inquiry day and for you time and knowledge you shared with us as group and the single tips you gave when we asked you something by re addressing our questions or our positions during the course. I’m going to treasure it and apply the tools you kindly and skilfully gave us. I really admire your beautiful heart felt work.
Marco Borghini
I really found it helpful in so many ways. I learned that the stucture is there as a guide but not as something to hold so tightly that it dislodges a natural/authentic response to what a student may bring. I also really valued how one can phrase questions that emphaise the compassionate/kindness side of things. Personally, I really benefitted from the kindness practice and will hope to share that with others.
