Accredited  Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction E-Course (8-16 hours)

Based on the gold standard, Jon Kabat-Zinn Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction training, this course will give you the tools to manage stress, anxiety and pain.

This course can also be a prerequisite for anyone wanting to start the Integrating Mindfulness and Compassion pathway. Please be aware that to meet the prerequisites for the MBSR Teacher Training pathway, most students will need to complete the MBSR course in a group setting with a teacher, live (except for extenuating circumstances).

This in-depth course has 8 modules and an extensive 56 lessons to complete, preferably over an 8-week period. Developing a deeper connection between mind and body can really support our overall well-being in both a physical and psychological way.

Supporting your clients with mindful movement practice is an important element of the overall mindfulness journey.

Embracing movement practices as teachers and developing your skills, confidence, and capability will be of benefit to achieving a more rounded set of teaching skills, whilst delivering a wonderful experience for your clients. Karen guides you through many practices in lying, sitting, kneeling and standing so that you can experience them for yourself before teaching others. She also talks about the neuroscience of movement and how to create a rich learning environment one to one or for groups, online or in a real space together. This course will truly enrich and deepen your skills as a mindful movement practitioner and teacher.
