FREE Online Mindfulness Meditation session – every Wednesday
MindfulnessUK believes in supporting positive change, resilience and self-care and we run a live mindfulness meditation session, with experienced teachers, every Wednesday at 1pm.
Join us weekly for two meditations, focusing on setting posture followed by watching the breath and take the opportunity to share your experiences in a safe and friendly environment. We invite experienced teachers to volunteer to lead at least 4 consecutive sessions and each teacher creates their own theme and brings their teaching to us all.
The meditation session is suitable for meditators of all levels of experience and is an opportunity to learn something new and share experiences.
If you would like to volunteer to teach, please email community@mindfulnessuk.com, we would love to hear from you
